Working with the CEO and senior leadership team, Traversant Group took time to understand the company’s value proposition. We helped expand relationships with critical decision makers and drive awareness for the need for a new state contract focused on call center operations.
Leveraging our understanding of the procurement process and government operations, we successfully positioned the company for initial pilot opportunities while educating agency officials on best practices to include in a future solicitation scope of work. When the government RFP was finally released, the company was well positioned to submit a response and secured a contract award.
